A $53 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment and is used towards your total.

EMERGENCY REMOVAL

Emergency ink removal can be performed up to 48 hours after the initial tattoo and typically yields amazing results at lightening if not completely removing the unwanted ink. This process can be done immediately after an initial or touch up tattoo service. Emergency removal costs an additional $100 (plus tax) as it is performed outside of normal business hours and includes a secondary procedure (if required).

BASIC INFORMATION

Li-FT® Saline Tattoo Lightening Solution is tattooed into the area of the unwanted permanent makeup, microblading or body tattoo procedure by using conventional tattoo methods. When Li-FT®  is soaked into the skin, the natural effect of Osmosis begins to take place. Li-FT® is a hypertonic solution, therefore it contains a higher amount of salt than the body contains…this enacts the process of Osmosis which starts to move the pigment upward to the outer surface of the skin…then removed by the skins natural healing process.

In addition to the natural power of salt and the Osmosis process, we strategically selected both lemon seed and orange seed extract for their powerful fading and exfoliation properties. With all this natural power, Li-FT® remains gentle to the skin and to ensure good healing and the integrity of the skin we added Aloe Barbadensis and Calendula Extract.

 

Lightening or removal may require multiple sessions to achieve ideal results.

• Li-FT® lightens and in many cases completely lightens old pigment/ink that has been sitting in the skin for years and years.

• Li-FT® will lighten pigment/ink that was freshly tattooed into the skin for up to 48 hours using Teryn’s Emergency Removal® techniques.

• Li-FT® is safe to use around the eye area and remove unwanted facial tattooing.

• Li-FT® will remove any mistake that is made during a procedure.

• Li-FT® will lift and lighten all colors including titanium (white).

• Li-FT® can be used to lighten up an existing tattoo just enough so a cover up can be done.

• Li-FT® is safe, effective and versatile.

How successful the treatment will be depends on:

  • skin quality

  • post-treatment care

  • exposure to various external influences

   None of these factors are under the Artist’s control, thus providing any guarantee for the treatment is not possible.

Please consult with your artist if you:

  • have problematic skin

  • have serious health issues

  • take certain medications such as Accutane (the procedure may not be carried out under certain mediations).

Complications are possible and include, but are not limited to the following: discomfort, scabbing, bruising, swelling, scarring, allergic reaction, infection, color/change, sensitivity in the tattooed area, Sarcoidosis, Koebner, Ectropion, eyelid necrosis and secondary cicatricial ectropion. It is also important to note that botulin toxin and/or filler injection and plastic surgery of the face can change the appearance and lead to the distortion of PMU.

PLEASE NOTE: All services will be charged tax. Due to updated safety protocol, an additional $5.00 may be charged to each guest for the addition of PPE. Any service performed at a studio other than Total Image Salon, in Berkeley Springs, West Virginia will include an additional $25 fee.

BEFORE THE TREATMENT

Before each treatment, the skin should not be burnt, nor in recovery or regeneration process. It is also recommended that you become familiar with the post-treatment aftercare procedures. 

The following are not recommended 30 days before the treatment:

  • Botox and fillers (if removing ink from the face)

  • avoid caffeine and alcohol

  • laser treatments

  • chemical peel

  • exposure to strong sunlight

AFTERCARE

Each guest receives an aftercare kit that includes all of the necessities. Aftercare kits are provided after your initial and secondary removal sessions. Please use these items as directed and contact Rachel with any questions or concerns.
